Main drive system

The spindle adopts precision grade bevel ball bearing with high speed and high precision, and the standard speed can reach 8000rmp.
The high-strength and tough four-claw broach has a large contact surface, strong gripping force, small loss of the shank head and long service life.
The standard machine uses a high-powered spindle servo motor for high-speed heavy cutting.
The spindle is driven by a high-torque toothed belt, which does not slip, and can greatly reduce transmission noise and heat generation.

Spindle design with precision ceramic bearings up to 12,000 rpm for high-speed cutting (optional).
Using the IRD dynamic balance correction device, the spindle dynamic balance is directly corrected on the line, so that the spindle avoids resonance when it is running at high speed, ensuring the best machining accuracy.

Structure Cylinder Knife Fight
The cutter mechanism adopts the floating knife principle, so that the force will not be transmitted to the spindle bearing when the knife is used, so as to increase the spindle bearing life.

The knife-cylinder type is combined with the advantages of the cylinder and the oil cylinder to improve the design. The hydraulic oil is strictly isolated from the compressed air. The piston rod in the cylinder automatically starts when it contacts the working piece, the movement speed is fast, and the pneumatic transmission is stable, and the cylinder device is simple. The output adjustment is easy. Under the same conditions, the high output of the hydraulic press can be achieved, the energy consumption is low, the installation is easy, and the special booster cylinder can be installed at any angle of 360 degrees.
