Concrete pumping hoses and mortar hoses 

Hoses and ready-to-use hose assemblies with fittings for wet cement mortar and lime mortar and for concrete. Application: plastering machines and concrete pumps.

MORTAR HOSES

Mortar hoses for plaster spraying are made of SBR/NR rubber compound or of PVC plastic material with polyurethane lining, reinforced with textile braid or cord. Mortar couplings are described in INDUSTRIAL FITTINGS section.

CONCRETE PUMPING HOSE

Concrete hoses are also made of SBR/NR rubber reinforced with steel braids. The abrasion resistance of the inner rubber layer is determined by rubber volume loss expressed in cubic millimetres according to ISO 4649 (previously according to DIN 53516) - the smaller the value, the higher abrasion resistance of hose material.

Concrete hoses are assembly with standard groove couplings for concrete pumps, made of hardened steel resistant to abrasion.

Concrete pumping hose in standard diameters DN100 and DN125 and lengths (e.g. 4m) are available from stock or produced within short time.
Clamps, gaskets, cleaning balls and other accessories for concrete are also available.
