SEA 100 R15 Steel Wire Spiraled Hydraulic Hose with Solid Structure

SAE 100 R15 steel wire spiraled hydraulic hose is very popular in high pressure working conditions and it is suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic oils. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from black oil resistant synthetic rubber, making the hose widely used in delivering petroleum-based hydraulic oils. The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile and high strength thick spiraled steel wire in alternating direction, making the hose have very high working pressure. The cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging and cut.

RECOMMENDED FOR: Hydraulic Rubber Hose SAE100 R15 extremely high pressure, high impulse Hydraulic applications such as hydrostatic transmissions. This hose is designed to meet all requirements of SAE 100R15 specifications and performance requirements of EN 856 4SP(-6,-8,-10 and -12), EN856 4SH(-12, -16 and -20). Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils as well as petroleum-based fluids.

REINFORCEMENT: 4 layer(3/8-1″),6 layer(1 1/4,1 1/2) steel wire spiral

COVER: oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber

APPLICATION: petroleum base and water base hydraulic fluids

SURFACE: wrapped surface

TEMPERATURE RANGE: -40ºC (-104 ºF ) to +100ºC(+212 ºF)
